ABOUT

Deb Hordon headshot cultivating greatness

After 21 years of leadership coaching, I am proud of the impact I have had through helping others create success and joy in their work.

Having supported hundreds of leaders from all over the world - across almost all industries and organizational functions - I have witnessed incredible leadership and facilitated immense transformation. This knowledge bank of stories and human experience is a treasure for myself and my clients. Further, I share my credentials:

  • Coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation

  • Coach training from the Co-Active Training Institute

  • Ph.D. Sociology, Columbia University

  • Consulting (strategy, innovation, HR) history at Monitor/Deloitte, Hay Group, Korn Ferry (where I spent four years “assessing” leaders against an evidence-based competency model)

  • Lived/worked all over the world: Lima, Istanbul, Milan, London, Dublin, Peru

  • Worked in-house at a technology firm in Boston where I was a member of the senior leadership team

  • Certifications in multiple leadership assessment instruments (LVI, KF360, Harrison Assessment, Watson-Glaser, Raven’s, Barrett Values Centre)
